Black History

I bet you're wondering who this person is. Well, I'm going to school you real quick. It seems as if Obama was not the first black individual to run for the presidency. In 1972, Shirley Chisholm became the first black woman to be elected to Congress and nominated on the democratic ticket for the presidency. An interesting fact learned about another black leader from our past.
